secure that there is available at all reasonable times for inspection by the public free of charge a copy of each of the documents specified in sub-paragraph (2); and

afford to members of the public facilities for obtaining copies of those documents on payment of a reasonable charge.

a report of the results of any air quality review which the council has caused to be conducted;

a report of the results of any assessment which the council has caused to be made under Article 11 F1...;

any order (together with any map or plan referred to therein) made by the council under Article 12;

any action plan prepared by the council;

any proposals or statements submitted to the council pursuant to paragraph (4)(a) or (b) of Article 13;

any directions given to the council under this Part.
