In section 4(2) of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 (c. 24) (constitution of limited partnerships) the words “shall not consist of more than twenty persons, and” shall cease to have effect.

Articles 665 of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 (N.I. 6) (prohibition of partnerships etc. with more than 20 members) shall cease to have effect.
