Any regulations or order made by the Department under this Order may contain such incidental, supplementary or transitional provisions or savings as the Department considers appropriate.

Subject to paragraphs (3) and (4), an order or regulations made by the Department under this Order shall be subject to negative resolution.

An order made under, or including provision for the purposes of, paragraph (a), (b) or (g) of paragraph 2(3) of Schedule 2 shall be subject to affirmative resolution.
