Subject to paragraph (2), regulations under any provision of this Order shall be subject to negative resolution.

Regulations which contain (whether alone or with other provisions) provision made by virtue of Article 6(2) or 7 may not be made unless a draft of the regulations has been laid before, and approved by resolution of, the Assembly.

Any order or regulations under this Order may contain such incidental, supplemental, saving or transitional provisions as the Department thinks fit.

Nothing in this Order is to be regarded as affecting the generality of paragraph (4).
