a reference to the making of an administration order shall be treated as including a reference to the appointment of an administrator under paragraph 15 or 23 of Schedule B1 to the 1989 Order (inserted by Article 3(2)), and

a reference to making an application for an administration order by petition shall be treated as including a reference to making an administration application under that Schedule, appointing an administrator under paragraph 15 or 23 of that Schedule or giving notice under paragraph 16 or 27 of that Schedule.
