In this Order—Part II provides for the transfer of responsibility for the management of Stranmillis University College to a new governing body established by this Order and for the respective functions of the governing body and the Department for Employment and Learning in relation to the college;Part III contains amendments of other legislation in relation to the respective functions of the Department and the Department of Education in relation to colleges of education.
