A person who is guilty of an offence under Article F1. . . F54A(4), 4B(5), 4C(3),F65(7), 5ZA(3)F7, 5ZC(4), F211B(4), 24(1), 33(5) or 50(2) or (3) or paragraph 1(2) of Schedule 2 shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 4 on the standard scale.

A person who is guilty of an offence under Article 28, 65(3) or 66(3) shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale.

Proceedings for any offence under this Order F3(including any offence created by regulations under Article 11G F4or 11I) may be instituted by the appropriate district council.
