Right to pay rates by instalments9
The following provisions of Article 29 of the principal Order (right to pay rates on dwellings by instalments) shall cease to have effect—
a
in paragraph (1) the words “Subject to paragraph (1A)”;
b
paragraph (1A) (right to pay rates by instalments not available in respect of certain hereditaments);
c
in the heading to Article 29, the words “on dwellings”.
