This Order may be cited as the Rates (Capital Values, etc.) (Northern Ireland) Order 2006.

This Article and Articles 2 and 15 shall come into operation on the expiration of 7 days from the day on which this Order is made.

Except as provided by paragraph (2), this Order shall come into operation on such day or days as the Department may by order appoint.
