In Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Road Traffic Offenders (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 (NI 10) (prosecution and punishment of offences under the Road Traffic Orders), for the entry relating to Article 180 of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 substitute—

Article 180(1)
Failure to stop when so required by constable in uniform.
Summarily.
a
Level 5 on the standard scale if committed by a person driving a mechanically propelled vehicle.
b
Level 3 on the standard scale if committed by a person riding a cycle.
Article 180(4) to (7)
Failure to produce licence, etc for examination or to state date of birth, failing to provide Department with evidence of date of birth etc, or obstructing, etc police.
Summarily.
Level 3 on the standard scale.
