PART 1COSTS ON RECOVERY OF A LIQUIDATED SUM WITHOUT TRIAL

There shall be added to the basic costs set out in the said scale—

i

if the amount recovered is less than £1,200, the fee payable on an ordinary civil bill process in the county court for that amount, and

ii

in any other case the fee paid on the issue of the writ and, where applicable, on the final judgment.
