1.—(1) Where application is made under section 17 of the Married Women's Property Act 1882(1) particulars of the question to be submitted to the decision of the judge shall be filed in the Office and thereupon a summons shall be issued in Form 135 and shall be served together with a copy of the particulars before the beginning of a period of 28 days ending on the entry day.
(2) All proceedings subsequent to the issue of the summons shall be had as if the proceeding had been commenced by an equity civil bill.
2. The judge shall direct what costs are to be allowed.
