Canada Geese Order (Northern Ireland) 1987

The Department of the Environment—

1. (a)
   in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 28(1) of the Wildlife (Northern Ireland) Order 19851 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf;
2. (b)

   having consulted the Committee for Nature Conservation and having given district councils and other persons affected an opportunity to submit objections or representations with respect to the subject matter of the Order; and

3. (c)

   having taken into consideration the objections and representations received;

hereby makes the following Order:—
