In relation to feeding stuffs which have been imported section (69)(1) shall have effect subject to the modifications provided for in paragraph (2).

The words “and in either case before it is removed from the premises” shall be omitted, and for the words “the material” there shall be substituted the words “any material which has been marked in accordance with this subsection”.
