7. Provisions of or under the Local Government Superannuation Act 1937(1) the Act of 1953, section 7 of the Act of 1972, or a local Act scheme, as in force from time to time, being provisions relating to the payment of pensions, allowances or gratuities by local authorities or other bodies in England.
