8. Any arrears of, or any concessionary payment made to compensate for arrears due to non-payment of—
(a)any payment specified in paragraph 4, 6 or 7 of Schedule 3; or
(b)an income-related benefit or family income supplement under the Family Income Supplements Act (Northern Ireland) 1971(1), supplementary benefit under the Supplementary Benefits (Northern Ireland) Order 1977(2) or housing benefit under the Housing Benefits (Northern Ireland) Order 1983(3),
but only for a period of 52 weeks from the date of the receipt of the arrears or of the concessionary payment.
