These Regulations may be cited as the Part XXIII Companies and Credit and Financial Institutions (Branch Disclosure) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993 and shall come into operation on 8th June 1993.

In these Regulations, “the 1986 Order” means the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 19863 .

The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland 19544 shall apply to these Regulations as it applies to a Measure of the Northern Ireland Assembly.
