2. In these Regulations—
“the 1971 Act” means the Mineral Workings (Offshore Installations) Act 1971(1);
“the 1975 Act” means the Petroleum and Submarine Pipe-lines Act 1975(2);
“the 1978 Order” means the Health and Safety at Work (Northern Ireland) Order 1978;
“the 1987 Act” means the Petroleum Act 1987(3);
“the Department” means the Department of Economic Development.
