17.—(1) Section 97(5) of the Explosives Act 1875 and paragraph 4 of Schedule 2 to the Emergency Laws (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1947(1) are hereby repealed.
(2) The Order of the Minister of Home Affairs dated 10th August 1925(2) (except byelaw 3) is hereby revoked to the extent it relates to conveyance by road.
(3) The Conveyance by Road of Military Explosives Regulations 1977(3) are hereby revoked.
