The Department of Health and Social Services for Northern Ireland, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 30B(7), 30C(3), (4)(a) and (6), 30D(3) and 30E(1) and (2) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 19921 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, by this statutory rule which contains only regulations made consequential upon Articles 4(1) and 5(1) of the Social Security (Incapacity for Work) (Northern Ireland) Order 19942, hereby makes the following regulations:
