The Department of the Environment being a Department designated1for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19722 in relation to matters relating to the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora, in exercise of the powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
