In regulation 14 (payment for services), in paragraph (2)(b) for “regulation 4(2) of the Health and Personal Social Services (Services Committee) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1973” substitute “regulation 5(1) of the Health and Personal Social Services (Disciplinary Procedures) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996”(1).
