Pensioner Premium for persons over 60
10. The condition is that the claimant—
(a)is a single claimant or lone parent who has attained the age of 60;
(b)has attained the age of 60 and has a partner, or
(c)has a partner and the partner has attained the age of 60 but not the age of 75.
