The Registered Rents (Increase) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996

The Department of the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 33(2) of the Rent (Northern Ireland) Order 19781 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, having complied with the requirements of Article 33(1) of the Order and determined that the rents hereinafter mentioned should be increased, hereby makes the following order:
