Amendment of the Social Security (Unemployment, Sickness and Invalidity Benefit) Regulations

13.  In regulation 20 of the Social Security (Unemployment, Sickness and Invalidity Benefit) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1984(1) (special provisions for certain persons who have been employed abroad) for “unemployment benefit” there shall be substituted “a contribution-based jobseeker’s allowance”.
