2. In regulation 3 of the Social Security (Benefit) (Married Women and Widows Special Provisions) (Northern Ireland) Regulations 1975(1) (modifications in relation to widows with respect to unemployment and other benefits)—
(a)in paragraph (1)—
(i)in sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) “unemployment benefit,” shall be omitted, and
(ii)sub-paragraph (c) shall be omitted, and
(b)in paragraph (5) the words “unemployment benefit or” in each place where they occur shall be omitted.
