Amendment of the Child Support (Collection and Enforcement) Regulations
5.—(1) The Child Support (Collection and Enforcement) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1992(1) shall be amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).
(2) In regulation 8(1) (interpretation) in the definition of “interim maintenance assessment”(2) for “regulation 8(1B)” there shall be substituted “regulation 8(3)”.
(3) In regulation 11(3)(3) (protected earnings rate) after “interim maintenance assessment” there shall be inserted “, except a Category B interim maintenance assessment,”.
