1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Curriculum (Programme of Study in Business Studies at Key Stage 4) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996.
(2) Subject to paragraph (3), this Order shall come into operation on 1st September 1996.
(3) This Order shall come into operation on 1st August 1997 in respect of pupils in the second year of the fourth key stage.
