Amendment of Schedule 6 to the principal Regulations

23.—(1) In the provisions of Schedule 6 to the principal Regulations (matters to be included in the notice of determination)(1) listed in paragraph (2), after “income support” in each place where it occurs there shall be inserted “or an income-based jobseeker’s allowance”.

(2) The provisions referred to in paragraph (1) are:

(a) paragraph 9;

(b) paragraph 10;

(c) paragraph 13(a)(ii).
