35. In regulation 3 of the Social Security Benefit (Computation of Earnings) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1978(1) (payments to be disregarded)—
(a)in paragraph (3) the words from “and regulation 7(1)(g)(i)” up to and including “days of unemployment)” shall be omitted, and
(b)paragraphs (5) and (6) shall be omitted.
