Products consisting of skimmed milk together with non-milk fat32.
The container in which any product—
(a)
consisting of skimmed milk together with non-milk fat,
(b)
which is capable of being used as a substitute for milk, and
(c)
which is neither—
(i)
an infant formula or a follow-on formula, nor
(ii)
a product specially formulated for infants or young children for medical purposes,
is sold shall be prominently marked or labelled with a warning that the product is unfit, or not to be used, as food for babies.
