The Family Law (1993 Orders) (Commencement No. 1) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996

The Department Finance and Personnel, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 1(3) and (5) of the Family Law (Northern Ireland) Order 19931 and paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 1 to the Northern Ireland Act 19742 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
