The Department of Health and Social Services for Northern Ireland, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 3(2) and (3), 80(7), 89, 112, 119 and 171(1), (3) and (4) of, and paragraph 4(6) of Schedule 7 to, the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992(1), sections 5(1)(o) and (s), 69(7) and 165(4) and (5) of the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 1992(2) and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
1992 c. 7; section 89 was amended by paragraph 26 of Schedule 1 to the Social Security (Incapacity for Work) (Northern Ireland) Order 1994 (S.I. 1994/1898 (N.I. 12)) and section 112 was amended by Schedule 1 to the Employment Rights (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 (S.I. 1996/1919 (N.I. 16))
