Citation and commencement1
This Order may be cited as the Roads (Speed Limit) (No. 10) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996 and shall come into operation on 10th February 1997.
Speed restrictions on certain roads2
The Department hereby directs that each of the roads and lengths of road specified in Schedule 1 shall be a restricted road for the purposes of Article 50 of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981.
Revocations3
The provisions described in Schedule 2 are hereby revoked.
