Fees under the Transport Act (Northern Ireland) 1967

4.  In relation to the power of the Department to fix a fee under sections 9, 16 and 23 of the Transport Act (Northern Ireland) 1967(1) the functions specified for the purpose of Article 3(3) of the 1988 Order shall be those specified in Part II of Schedule 1.
