REGISTRATION OF CLUBS
These regulations prescribe the form of children’s certificate which is granted by a court in respect of any part of the premises of a registered club which contains a bar or is used exclusively or mainly for the supply, consumption or storage of intoxicating liquor. Children’s certificates may be granted under the Registration of Clubs (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 which came into operation on 20th February 1997.

Citation, and commencement1
These Regulations may be cited as the Registration of Clubs (Form of Children’s Certificate) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997 and shall come into operation on 20th February 1997.
