Regulation 24 shall only apply to and in relation to the carriage of dangerous goods where the total mass or volume of dangerous goods exceeds the number specified in column 4 of Table 2 in Schedule 1 opposite the entry in column 1 of that Table for the appropriate transport category of the dangerous goods in the load.
