In subsection (1A) of section 205A of the 1986 Act48 (supplementary provisions with respect to subordinate legislation) after the words “regulation 6” there shall be inserted “in each”; and after “1996” there shall be inserted “and the Open-Ended Investment Companies (Investment Companies with Variable Capital) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997”.
