Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Legal Aid (Assessment of Resources) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997 and shall come into operation on 18th August 1997.
(2) In these Regulations, a Schedule referred to by number means the Schedule so numbered in the Legal Aid (Assessment of Resources) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1981(1).
