Charges on bookmakers2.
The charges to be paid to the Department under Article 9 of the Horse Racing (Northern Ireland) Order 1990 for the benefit of the Fund shall be—
(a)
£82 in the case of every person to whom paragraph (1)(a) of that Article applies;
(b)
£923 in the case of every person to whom paragraph (1)(b) of that Article applies.
