Coming into operation
The Department of Agriculture1, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 9(1) of the Horse Racing (Northern Ireland) Order 19902 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, after consultation with such organisations as appear to the Department to substantially represent the interests of bookmakers, and with the approval of the Department of Finance and Personnel, hereby makes the following Order:
