Royal Ulster Constabulary Reserve (Part-time) (Appointment and Conditions of Service) (Amendment) Regulations 1997

The Secretary of State, in pursuance of section 26 of the Police Act (Northern Ireland) 19701 and after consulting, in accordance with section 34(2) of that Act, the Police Authority and the Police Association, hereby makes the following regulations:—
