Regulation 6 (qualifications for appointment to the force) of the Royal Ulster Constabulary Reserve (Part-time) (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Regulations 19962 shall be amended by substituting for the words “1894” in paragraph (2)(b) the words “1995” and for the words “1894 c. 60” in the associated footnote the words “1995 c. 21”.
