ROAD TRAFFIC AND VEHICLES

This Order specifies the offences committed in respect of a vehicle under the various statutory provisions detailed in the Order, which are fixed penalty offences for the purposes of Part IV of the Road Traffic Offenders (Northern Ireland) Order 1996. Any liability to conviction of these offences may be discharged by the payment of a fixed penalty which at the coming into operation of this Order is—£20 for a fixed penalty offence which does not involve obligatory endorsement; and£40 for a fixed penalty offence involving obligatory endorsement,
