Amendment of the Royal Ulster Constabulary Pensions (Additional Voluntary Contributions) Regulations 19932.
(1)
The Royal Ulster Constabulary Pensions (Additional Voluntary Contributions) Regulations 19933 shall be amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).

In regulation 11(9)(a) for the words “£104” there shall be substituted the words “£260”.

There shall be added, after regulation 18, the following regulation—
“Compliance with Inland Revenue requirements19.
The Police Authority shall comply with the requirements of regulation 4 and, so far as they concern free-standing additional voluntary contributions schemes, of regulation 6 of the Retirement Benefits Schemes (Restriction on Discretion to Approve) (Additional Voluntary Contributions) Regulations 19934.”.
