Schedule 1 shall have effect to calculate the amount of fees payable in the case of the erection of one or more small domestic buildings;

Schedule 2 shall have effect to calculate the amount of fees payable for certain small buildings, extensions and alterations; and

Schedule 3 shall have effect to calculate the amount of fees payable for work other than work mentioned in sub-paragaph (a) or (b).
