In these Rules—

• “the commencement date” means 1st January 1998;

• “the former Rules” means the Insolvent Companies (Reports on Conduct of Directors) Rules (Northern Ireland) 19913; and

• “the Order” means the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 (any reference to a numbered Article being to an Article of that Order).
