Separate Warrants to be issued for each sentence imposed
2.—(1) In Rule 15 paragraph (5), after the words “Treatment of Offenders (Northern Ireland) Order 1976(1)” there shall be inserted the words “or Article 28 of the Criminal Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 1996(2)”.
(2) In Rule 15 paragraph (6), for the words “that Article” there shall be substituted the words “either of the Articles referred to in paragraph (5)”.
