Explanatory Note
(This note is not part of the Order.)
This Order:
(a)increases from 30 miles per hour to 40 miles per hour the speed limit on the restricted roads specified in Schedule 1 (Article 2);
(b)reduces from 40 miles per hour to 30 miles per hour the speed limit on the restricted road specified in Article 3; and
(c)revokes the provisions described in Schedule 2, which are spent (Article 4).
