The Social Security (Claims and Payments) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997

The Department of Health and Social Services for Northern Ireland, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 13A(2)(b) and 165(1) of the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 19921 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, after consultation with such organisations representing qualifying lenders likely to be affected by the Regulations as it considers appropriate2, hereby makes the following Regulations:
